While every effort is made to ensure the product and colour selected will be used, circumstances may arise due to seasonal availability where containers and flower colours and varieties may be substituted with that of the same or higher value and suitability. If the contents vary dramatically the customer will be notified for permission to substitute.

Yes this is a designer arrangement, our florist will construct your flowers into a container -all ready to place and enjoy!

Will my flowers look like the picture?

Our arrangements are florist’s choice, so each one is uniquely designed using the freshest premium blooms available on the day. While your flowers may not look exactly like the picture, they will be similar in style, size, and colour palette—and always beautiful, stylish, and one of a kind.

What if I have a special request?

No problem! You can leave your request in the “Special Delivery Instructions” section before proceeding to checkout.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate your preferences and will contact you if we’re unable to fulfil a request.

What if no one is home when delivered?

If no one is home, we’ll send a text message to the recipient to notify them that their flowers have been delivered—this is why it’s important to provide a valid phone number.

While we would love to offer redelivery, this isn’t always possible. If you think the recipient may not be home, you can request a call prior to delivery so we can help arrange a suitable time.
